There are two ways for users to reset a forgotten password.

Either they browse to a web page and prove their identity in one of several supported methods or they use the PhenixID mobile app, One Touch, and just simply chose Reset Password.

• Reset using web page
  In short the user browse the web page for forgotten password and type their username and then chose or use a method to prove their identity.
  An organisation can have only one or several methods for the user to choose from.

• Reset using mobile app PhenixID One Touch
  If a user has downloaded the mobile app, One Touch, he/she can simply just click the Reset Password option and easy and securely change its password.
  PhenixID One Touch is an certificate based solution making the profile unique to a specific user.
