Using PostUidAndPasswordSAML as SAML SSO (copied)
When using PostUidAndPasswordSAML as a SAML SSO "passthrough" authenticator browser times out or seems to be stuck in waiting for a response.
This patch is provided to ensure backwards compatibility. PhenixID strongly recommends using SAMLHeadlessSSO authenticator instead.
